MapSpoto Child Safety Standards

MapSpoto is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to all users, content, and interactions on our platform.
1. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on MapSpoto:
- Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE/CSAM)
- Sexualized content involving minors, including nudity or suggestive depictions
- Child grooming, sextortion, coercion, or predatory communication
- Trafficking, solicitation, or any behavior that endangers minors
- Any content or activity that violates applicable child safety laws
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account restriction or termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. In-App Reporting and User Feedback
MapSpoto provides an in-app Report entry on the activity detail page. Users can submit reports without leaving the app. Users may report:
- Activity content that may pose child safety risks
- Grooming, harassment, or suspicious behavior in activity context
- Any activity-related behavior that may harm minors

3. Review and Enforcement Process
Our safety workflow includes:
- Prompt review of child safety reports by trained moderators
- Immediate action on violating content, including removal or disabling access
- Account sanctions, including suspension or permanent bans
- Preservation of relevant records when required for legal compliance
4. CSAM Reporting and Legal Compliance
MapSpoto complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. When we obtain actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM, we take appropriate action, including removal and mandatory reporting where required.
Our reporting process includes:
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where applicable
- Reporting to relevant regional or national authorities as required by law
- Cooperating with lawful requests from competent law enforcement agencies
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
